If lesbians were asked to tell their Sapphic stories, the props would definitely be strap-ons and dildos, the soundtrack high-pitched moans. Now don’t go all politically correct on my behind, because I am referring to the lezzies of porn, not real-life ones. Lesbian Sex Tales com, for one, doesn’t display any traces of the oft-imagined penis envy, so long as they can get their dainty hands on each others’ gorgeous bods.

Shouldn’t be too hard, then, given that the site only has 8 exclusive updates as of this review. The updates index actually holds more than that because there are 25 other Lesbian Sex Tales episodes that are discernibly not exclusive to the network but nevertheless follow the formula of playing out supposed member-submitted dyke stories. The demarcation lines between the exclusive and non-exclusive content can be seen by the quality of the preview thumbs: the former look to be high-res while the latter seem like mere screenshots. Also, only the exclusive updates have photo sets apart from the DRM-free full length and clip movie downloads.

For starters, the video quality is quite good, compared to the other sites I’ve reviewed within the network that were a tad amateurish to be fully enjoyed. And although the videos are by no means HD despite what the tour page claims, I found everything satisfactory and the stories compelling enough to sit through until the “happily ever after” finale.

Episodes have titles like “After Class”, “Break Up”, “Homework”, “Ice Cream Fun”, “Nurse Me”…well, you get the general drift. Take-off points start precisely a few seconds before the gals start going lezzie on each others’ behinds, and all done in an exquisite manner so that the models are almost always presented in their best angles. And while the gals here are professionally made up and reflectorized by the videographer, they have fresh faces I confess to not seeing before in other porn offerings (lesbian or not). This is Lesbian Sex Tales‘ biggest selling point at the moment, because to be perfectly frank, the state of its archive isn’t something I’d consider a keeper right now.

I’ve always regarded gorgeous femme-types to indulge in a little clandestine lezzie loving out of mere curiosity–a phase, if you must. While all of the updates carry both video and picture sets, the more recent ones offer both full length and clip streaming and downloading in WMV (plus Flash to stream). Older updates, on the other hand, don’t enjoy this kind of video support because the movies are only available for streaming in low, high, and best quality. Pictures are consistently of good quality at around 600 x 900 pixels, and clear enough to tell a story even without the aid of scene summaries.

The story?
